Be Good, 2013

Ehem...Ehem...

Can you hear me? No??? You better do:)

January was just like a drive-thru. February entered with a blink of an eye. My engine seemed not exhilarating to the top speed and I felt like I'm at the third gear still. Sigh... Too much to handle, too much to absorb. In the end, I'm screwed of not being "this" and "that".

Most of you might set some resolutions for this year, right? Like, be a better person, a better employer or employee and the list goes on and on and on. As for me, nothing specific written. The more I wrote, the more heartbroken I would be. Cliche thing to say, "just go with the flow"

I really miss watching a theater. And I'm really looking forward going to a theater this year as what my best friend and I had talked about. In fact, a perfect getaway with best friend too. Something I never done in my entire life! Yes, you can call me a loser for that. Haha.

Few places I miss

Yup! Shopping malls! Yup I miss them a lot! I miss me strolling down the mall, window shopping, hanging out at La Bodega or Starbucks, I miss me trying makeup products, skincare products, perfume, just to name a few. I could spend myself hours at one store as I would always ended up buying at least a product. And yes, I did not regret buying as there were good products. No complaints:)

And that did not mean I did not step my happy feet into the mall. Thanks to this ONE and ONLY

No complaints on this one. A moderate mall. I wish Bobbi Brown is here and not MAC instead. Not to say that MAC is not good. It's just my crazy wish:)

And ever since Sephora is already here in Malaysia, I'm totally grateful as Soap&Glory finally landed here:) Yeay!

My all time favorite shower gel. I love my own scent after bath and the whole house will have the smell. Like, so yummyyy!! Go and try one peeps. You'll never ever regret:) The whole Soap&Glory range are the BOMB! The best part is, there are affordable. As for the shower gel, 500ml for RM29. What do you say? Yay? or Nay?

Wish and wish I could head to Sephora soon. The Clean On Me gonna finish any time soon.

Ooooopppsssiiieee! Gotta go now.

Later peeps

Please be good my 2013

Shoes

Women and shoes

Women and handbags

Well, what else can I say. The chemical bonding among those just too hard to be explained. But hey! Men and shoes also have pretty much good connection coz I guess women shoes are easier and prettier to be found compared with men shoes. Do you think so?

Speaking about shoes and to be more specific, heels. I am a heels person. Sky high heels to be precised. I don't have that much heels but what I have now are those what I love to wear over and over again. Different style, different heels and colours. Why heels and not flats? Frankly speaking, I only have a pair of flats. That flats I had to buy last year due to my leg condition after a small surgery which leaded me to a "Flatso" person for a few months. And that black flats are the best friend shoe closet in my car. Just in case, something happen I have to wear it again:) And I don't even like me walking in flats as the way I walk would be hell hilarious and everyone will noticed it. And of course everyone will finally realized how short am I. Hahahahaha.

Why heels?

“Give a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world.” -Marilyn Monroe

Walking with heels automatically boost up the confidence in me. And I'm sure other women too. The confident is important for first impression towards others. You ought to have the convincing look in you so that people won't look down on you unless they really know who you are.

You may wonder and ask me this question, "ain't your legs painful after a long day wearing the heels?" I got that question a lot and I would answer the same over and over again. So, did my legs hurt? Yes and No:) It will be a bit painful if I walked and ran here and there non stop throughout my working day. And it ain't painful at all if I just consistently walk everyday at the office or even strolling down at the mall for the whole day. BUT! The main key here is, FIND A COMFORT HEELS! Heels that won't even give you any blisters. And please take note that it does not have to be an expensive one. Whenever you are at the shoes stores, always try it on and walk around the stores for a minute. Feel the heels and find a prefect sole. If you were just like me, running with heels which I seriously don't recommend to anyone, finding a prefect sole is crucial. But, if you really like the heels and the sole do not impress you, you can always go to any shop and find a padding or replace to a new comfortable sole.

If you're asking me, what are the heels brand that comfortable enough to walk with? It's pretty hard to tell. Different people, different perspective. One of my favourite is GUESS shoes. Affordable and comfortable. Some of you may like Clarks. I never have Clarks. My mom does. Other brands that suit me are Arturo Chiang, Nine West, Aldo, just to name a few. Nose and Vincci are not that bad. They do carry comfortable heels as well. Just head down to the stores and find your desired heels at totally affordable price:) How about designer shoes? I highly suggest Zanotti, Jimmy Choo and Sergio Rossi. I never try Louboutin. I assume it gives the best comfort too:)

Me in one of my favourite heels:)

So, here a short tips of finding the right:

1.  Always try your desired heels
2.  Walk around the store for a minute
3.  Feel it (whether it's walkable or not)
4.  If your leg is wide, peep toe pumps are the best
5.  If your leg is small, pointed heels are the best
6.  If you are a big fan of booties, never ever wear your booties with baju kurung:) Unless you just have to:)

Hope these minor tips help:)

Stop Thinking

Lao Tzu once said, "Stop thinking, and end your problems". I seriously wish I can stop thinking now. These are just too much. And it's really unbearable. If and only if there is one stop button and undo button in life where I can simply press it and voila! Everything ends.

Few things happened these days and I have no idea how to cope with this and that. My heart is crying out loud and no one can hear and I wish someone can listen. I am counting days and hours for me to take a break. I just need to be somewhere. It does not require a far place. Hometown will be the best option. Being close to your loved ones during your hard times is the best. You do not have to tell all the long telenovela. Just be close to them, and it washes away everything that has been flooded in your mind. And sometimes,, all you need is just a big hug from your loved ones to ease the pain.

I can never find the perfect answer or solution to everything I am facing now. What I know, better things will come my way and some things are better left unsaid.

LDR

LDR?

Why all of a sudden?

This walked in my mind and I just feel like of dropping down few words.

Some of us experience it, some of us don't. The one who experience it and manage it to the end aka marriage, two thumbs up. And one of the closest person I've ever known in experiencing this LDR is my one and only younger sister. She is 3 years younger than me and yes, I am that old. Haha. Forget it:(

Both of them went to school together since primary, except the first 3 years in high school but both of them ended up at MRSM together. Both of them pursuing different fields, different interests. Not to mention, intelligent loverbirds. What more can you say a doctor with an engineer? Well, although my younger sister is pursuing her Masters Degree now. But, she was an engineer for a year.

Seeing them making through such a relationship, made me realized the one and only key keeping them up together was nothing but TRUST. Normal couple could date quite often or some of you lucky enough where dating could be every single day or every single week, but she could only date during summer and sometimes ONCE in a year! Yes, I'm not bluffing!

Basically, different people, different experience. But, that's the only key I believe in. TRUST. Trust your partner, InsyaAllah, Allah will always be with you in your relationship.

XOXO
